This is the story of a wild orchid, a book and a lifetime of dedication.
22 years ago, when I was a ‘young’ girl, my father and I had an idea: given that we were living in one of the most beautiful mountain resorts of Romania, a place named Sinaia, it would be a great idea to start photo-documenting all the species of alpine wild flowers of the Bucegi Mountains National Park, (the Meridional Carpathians).
